1. Apartments 3, 4 & 6 Terms are weekly from Friday 2.30pm. to Friday 9.30am
Apartments 1, 2, 5& 7 Terms are weekly from Saturday 2.30pm to Saturday 9.30am |

No apartment can be occupied until completely cleaned
to our satisfaction, so they are not normally available
until 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Guests are required
to vacate the premises & car park by 9.30am on the day
of departure. Early arrivals may leave their luggage
until the apartment is ready for occupancy and departing
guests may do likewise. Early arrivals travelling in
their own car may leave their vehicle in the appropriate
parking bay from 10.30am onwards prior to the apartment
being ready for occupancy. Please enquire if you
arrive early as your apartment may be ready, if not,
you can relax in the garden or leave a mobile no.
so that we can ring when it is available.
2. To reserve the accommodation, please telephone to make sure the apartment required is available and then send the completed Booking Form enclosing a DEPOSIT OF 25% (one quarter), to reach us within 7 days, in order for the reservation to be confirmed.
3. THE BALANCE MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 6 WEEKS BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL. (Cheques payable to ALPENROSE). If we do not receive the balance within 5 weeks of the arrival date we will be entitled to treat the booking as cancelled by you, the deposit paid is not refundable and, if the apartment cannot be re-let, the total cost of the holiday will still be payable.
4. CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel your holiday booking you must inform us in writing. The deposit paid is not refundable and if the apartment cannot be re-let, the total cost of the holiday is payable. WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND THAT HOLIDAY INSURANCE IS TAKEN OUT. We enclose an insurance application form for your use, or you may find an alternative company, should you consider it prudent to insure yourself against cancellation costs that result from the holiday being cancelled for any reason stated on the insurance application form.
5. All occupants must be over 35 years of age.
6. In the unlikely event of the accommodation booked not being available the liability of the proprietors shall be limited to the refund of any payments.
7. The proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any injury or loss or damage to any property, however caused.
8. In the interest of security, it is a CONDITION that no persons other than those listed on the Booking Form are allowed on the grounds or in the apartments without prior agreement with the proprietors.
9. NON-SMOKERS ONLY POLICY: To enable us to provide a suitable environment for guests who have allergies or breathing difficulties, it is our policy to accommodate ONLY persons WHO DO NOT SMOKE on the premises.
10. Guests must not make any unreasonable amount of noise within the establishment. It is a strict condition that noise levels must be kept to an absolute minimum between 11.00pm and 8.00am. The proprietors reserve the right to retake possession of the apartment if, in their opinion, any party continually acts in a manner considered prejudicial to the comfort and well-being of other guests
11. NO PETS: To meet the requirements of guests with special needs no pets are to be brought into the apartments or grounds.
12. All apartments will be handed over in a clean condition and guests are asked to leave them in a similar state. Please notify the proprietors immediately of all breakages, loss or damage to the premises, it’s fixtures or contents. Guests may be held liable for any damage or loss incurred during their stay.
13. All bedding, linen, bath, hand and tea towels are provided strictly for use within the apartment.
14. The drying of towels, clothes etc. on window ledges is not allowed as it is unsightly.
15. ON ON-SITE PARKING SPACE is allocated for each apartment with the condition that parking is at the vehicle owners risk. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss to vehicles or contents howsoever caused.
16. ACCESSIBILITY: Apartment 5 is accessible to someone with limited mobility - ramp access. Apartment 6 is now adapted for wheelchair access. All other apartments are unsuitable for wheelchairs but they can be stored in our workshop - it should be noted this can sometimes be obstructed by a parked car.
17. MEDICAL CONDITIONS: To ensure the well-being and comfort of all guests & enabling us to make sure the apartment selected is fit for the purpose, on a strictly confidential basis, it is essential we are informed of any medical condition that may require the use of specialist products, the use of any electrical devices as a result of a condition, or the attendance of a doctor or nurse.
ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THESE CONDITIONS MUST BE AGREED WITH THE PROPRIETORS.
