is a spacious Apartment with a private entrance and its own patio leading onto the main patio and rear garden. It is approached down a slight gradient with 4 shallow steps.

The main bedroom has a Double Bed. There is also a bedroom area with Twin Beds. 

There is a separate fitted kitchen and bathroom.

Apartment 5
A bungalow style Apartment on the ground floor with a short ramp to its own private entrance.
The main bedroom which overlooks the rear garden has a Double Bed. There is also a small bedroom area with a 
2' 6" x 6' 3" bed. 
The lounge/diner looks out over the patio and rear garden. 
There is a separate fitted kitchen and bathroom.
This Apartment is accessible to someone with limited mobility provided they have the ability to walk up a ramp at the entrance.  The door entrance is unsuitable for wheelchairs or buggies but we may be able to store them in our Workshop located at the front of the property. However it should be noted that the entrance to the workshop can sometimes be obstructed by a parked car.  
All other Apartments involve
steps or stairs and are unsuitable for wheelchairs
